Replacing my Mercury Amalgam Fillings

How removing your silver fillings can improve your health.

At long last I’ve finally had my mercury amalgams replaced!!

I had shocking teeth as a kid and was in and out of the dentist. My teeth used to rot before they had fully come out....  I didn’t have the best diet back then 😬

 Needless to say, I have A LOT of fillings. Thankfully most are white, but I had 4 rogue silver ones. Now I say silver but 50% of silver fillings are made from 50% mercury... you know that really toxic substance that if you break a thermometer a man in a white suit has to come and clean it up! Well even though we know the dangers of mercury dentists are still allowed to use it to this day.

 Until I started looking into a more natural way of living, I had no idea that mercury leeches from the filling every time you eat, drink (especially hot drinks), brush or grind teeth, chew gum.

 Mercury poisoning can lead to a whole host of issues including

●       headaches

●       Fatigue, brain fog

●       Mood swings

●       Muscle twitching

●       Damage to unborn babies

●       nerve damage

●       kidney problems

●       brain damage

There is also a link between elevated mercury levels and Candida, Epstein Barr and parasites.

Bacteria, yeasts and fungi thrive on mercury.

Mercury fed Candida becomes more and more virulent and eventually penetrates the intestinal walls and invades the cells.

A study published in 2012 found that Candida yeast was 67% more prevalent among patients with mercury fillings.

Women are twice as likely to be affected by elevated levels of mercury, which didruptsvthe pituitary, thyroid, hypocampus and the adrenal gland. Women can go into early menopause and suffer from endometriosis from hormone dysregulation.

So, if you have any mercury amalgams it’s worth doing a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis to see what your mercury levels are like. It could be the root cause of your health issue.

If you are going to get any removed. Make sure it’s with a holistic dentist, who will make sure that you are fully protected from the mercury fumes and any mercury debris whilst removing. I went to Sydney Holistic Dental Centre and they were fantastic!
